Excursion Centre Terms & Conditions 

Please Read The Following Terms & Conditions Carefully

By agreeing to book with us you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions of service and supply. Within these terms and conditions there is also a complete explanation of our refund policy which we ask you to take specific attention to. 

Refund Policy (Cancellation By You)

Cancellation by You

All refunds will be paid by us to you using the same process you paid (card/bank transfer or cash). Refunds will be processed immediately but can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank.

We allow a refund of any payment made to us for any booking cancelled by the client with at least 24 hours notice. Where you have paid a deposit to us, we will charge you €5.00 per person administration fee for cancellations by you with us or the experience provider.

Where cancellation is due to medical issues such as hospital admission, we will waive our administration charge upon proof of hospital admission.

Where cancellations is due to covid or other forced majeure issue we will refund by offering a gift voucher for the full amount paid which will have 2 years expiry date.

Where there has been less than 24 hours notice from departure time, you will forefit any payment made to us to secure your booking.

Refund Policy (Cancellation by Provider)

All refunds will be paid by us to you using the same process you paid (card/bank transfer or cash). Refunds will be processed immediately but can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Your refund will be issued in full at the point of your cancellation being confirmed by the experience provider and received by us either by email or other written means. We agree to process the refund in full within 1 hour of confirmation. 

 

Water or Theme Parks

Unfortunately we cannot refund tickets for water or animal parks or attractions.

Transport to Excursion

All our experience providers are vetted and we ask they provide us with proof of transport if this is included within your excursion. Once your trip is booked, if you have a pickup point chosen using our system you should make sure you are at the designated pickup  point at least 15 mins prior to your pickup time. If you are not sure of your pickup point, please contact the provider directly using the contact information we have provided to you. 

We take no responsibility for missed pickups or late or non arrivals of any transport associated with your excursion of any kind. It is your responsibility to ensure you are at the correct place at the correct time. We consider it the responsiblity of the provider to collect you from pre designated pickup points at pre designated times. 

Accidents & Damages

All our providers need to meet high standards of health and safety. We require all providers to be fully insured and proficient at their service, however we do not accept any responsibility for any accident loss or damage caused by our providers. Should you have any issues with any of the above you are required to deal directly with the provider and ensure that any legal paperwork is correctly filled out and any reports are provided correctly. 

Due to some of the experiences being dangerous by their nature, we specifically renounce any responsibility or exposure to claims of any kind which may be incurred by you attending or taking part in any experience provided by us. 

By booking your experience with us you are confirming that you are sufficiently physically and mentally fit to take part or be involved with the experience you have booked. If you have any questions regarding safety or appropriate age, size or height restrictions you should take this up with the provider directly. 

Additional Costs & Ejections

By booking your experience with us you are confirming that all details you supply are correct and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Should the provider be able to prove that your booking costs do not meet the correct costs for your group or party, you will become immediately responsible for any shortfall to be paid to the excursion provider. 

Where the provider considers you to be unfit for the experience by being intoxicated, or feels you have not bought the correct ticket for your party and it is deemed you should leave the attraction, this will be your responsibility and we will not provide any refund whatsoever. 

Ticket Delivery Confirmation

When making bookings with us, your confirmation is immediate and your ticket is produced and sent automatically. We take no responsibility for the ticket to arrive in your email inbox due to spam settings on your email provider. Once your booking has been raised on our system, we consider this a confirmed booking. We urge you to check your email immediately to confirm receipt of the e-ticket. If the ticket is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Should you not attend the experience due to not receiving the ticket this will be classed as our service completed and delivered. Should you not have your ticket please contact us immediately for us to remedy the situation for you. We offer no refunds for lost, missing or not received tickets. 

Changes to Excursion Times & Date

Providers reserve the right to change or adjust times and dates of bookings from time to time. If this happens you will be given 24 hours notice minimum. Should you wish to change the time or date of your excursion, you must do this directly with the provider. If they cannot accept any change, it will be considered a cancellation by you and handled as above.
